STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO YOUR WEDDING

 

 

1. VISIT OUR WEBSITE and check out the venue galleries

2. TAKE ACTION! Let us know which venues you like, and what your wedding vision is. Please mention your guest numbers and budget. Make sure to give us a call or drop us an email. Ideally, start 18 months before your desired date. If you are a late starter, we may still be able to assist you, so be sure to contact us!
3. BOOK A VENUE.  We help you locate and book the right hotel, mansion, palace, fort, castle, villa, romantic farmhouse or other preferred venue. Most venues get booked up very quickly, so make haste!

4. BOOK A VENUE HUNT. Ideally, we recommend you visit a few of your favourite venues with us to ensure it fits your vision.

5. WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNING We assist you with every detail, working with you all the way. We liaise with your venue/s, introduce you to excellent vendors such as caterers to suit your needs, help create the floral look you want with great florists, book and discuss your entertainment, lighting and music with your party band, DJ and technical supplier. We liaise with suppliers for your photography, video, wedding cake, decorations, hair and makeup, and arrange your table plan, transport, and anything else you might need.
6. PRE AND POST WEDDING PARTIES AND EVENTS Most of our lovely couples enjoy a day-before party and a day-after-party. An increasing number of couples include luxury yacht outings, catamaran trips, wine tasting excusions and more as well.

7. WORKING WITH A WEDDING PLANNER SAVES TIME AND CALMS NERVES. It’s been estimated that a bride spends more than 245 hours organising her wedding – that’s the equivalent of six weeks working full time! And when you want to organise your wedding overseas, there are specific challenges. Your local knowledge may be limited, and the language barrier can be daunting. We work with you, offering guidance and expertise to make the process streamlined and hassle-free.

We know venues and options that you might not have considered. We have extensive knowledge regarding the vendors’ costs and their skills. This can help save you money. We also save you time and stress, making it much easier for you to make decisions, relax and enjoy your big day. It’s a worthwhile investment! Knowing someone has everything in hand for you, especially for a destination wedding, is priceless. Furthermore, having knowledge of your budget means that we can fit our suggestions within the resources available. Then we help you keep track of costs with regular updates and spreadsheets.
9. THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS WE SET UP VIDEO CHATS, CALLS AND HAVE MEETINGS with you to ensure that everything is ready for you and your guests. We greatly enjoy the process of getting everything together for your dream events!

10. WE KEEP YOU POSTED WITH UPDATES, INFORMING YOU ABOUT PRICING AND SENDING YOU SPREADSHEETS. Expect the final payments to be made about five weeks before the wedding.

 
11. A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING, we walk around the venue/s making sure we are on exactly the same page regarding all the details.

12. ON THE BIG DAY, we are at the venue to supervise the set up,  liaise with all your suppliers, arrange your ceremony area, tables and party area and take care of all the details so that everything is exactly as we planned it with you!
