3. BOOK A VENUE. We help you locate and book the right hotel, mansion, palace, fort, castle, villa, romantic farmhouse or other preferred venue. Most venues get booked up very quickly, so make haste!
4. BOOK A VENUE HUNT. Ideally, we recommend you visit a few of your favourite venues with us to ensure it fits your vision. 5. WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNING We assist you with every detail, working with you all the way. We liaise with your venue/s, introduce you to excellent vendors such as caterers to suit your needs, help create the floral look you want with great florists, book and discuss your entertainment, lighting and music with your party band, DJ and technical supplier. We liaise with suppliers for your photography, video, wedding cake, decorations, hair and makeup, and arrange your table plan, transport, and anything else you might need. |
| 6. PRE AND POST WEDDING PARTIES AND EVENTS Most of our lovely couples enjoy a day-before party and a day-after-party. An increasing number of couples include luxury yacht outings, catamaran trips, wine tasting excusions and more as well.
7. WORKING WITH A WEDDING PLANNER SAVES TIME AND CALMS NERVES. 10. WE KEEP YOU POSTED WITH UPDATES, INFORMING YOU ABOUT PRICING AND SENDING YOU SPREADSHEETS. Expect the final payments to be made about five weeks before the wedding.

11. A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING, we walk around the venue/s making sure we are on exactly the same page regarding all the details.

ON THE BIG DAY, we are at the venue to supervise the set up, liaise with all your suppliers, arrange your ceremony area, tables and party area and take care of all the details so that everything is exactly as we planned it with you!
